Dieser Marktstand ist einzigartig. Skagensalat, sowas bekommt man eigentlich nur in Schweden. Der vor Ort warm geräucherte Lachs ist Weltklasse. Absolut empfehlenswert, Top Qualität und echt super nette Verkäufer. Macht weiter so. 😄👍

Ein absolutes Muss bei jedem Marktbesuch - wirklich umwerfend lecker, ein Schmauß sowohl für Gaumen wie Augen und eine sooooo freundliche und herzliche Bedienung. Selbst, wenn wir uns mal - einfach nur wegen der angeblichen Notwendigkeit einer Abwechslung - einen Samstag für etwas anderes entscheiden, zieht es uns anschließend wie magnetisch wieder zu diese leckeren leckeren Fischgerichten...

Unfassbar leckeres Essen! Wir haben uns ein Garnelenbrötchen geholt und weil es so lecker war, sind wir direkt wieder zurück, um auch das Lachsbrötchen und das Lachstatar zu probieren. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Für jeden Fan von nordischem Essen ein Muss!

Vielen Dank, Sebastian! Die Vorlage für die Lemonade habe ich bei den Beduinen in Wadi Rum vor Jahren bekommen. Damals war es Zitrone, Ingwer, Minze und Zucker. Ganz toll frisch!
